Basic categories of packaging machinery

The basic classification of packaging machinery: There are many classification methods for packaging machinery. Each classification method has its own characteristics and application scope, but all have their limitations. Judging from the overall situation of international packaging machinery, a more scientific classification method is classified according to its main function, which can grasp the essence of things. The basic classification is as follows:

1. Filling machine: A filling machine is a packaging machine that packs precise quantities of packages into various containers. Its main types are:

1） volumetric filling machine. Including measuring cup, intubation, plunger, material level, screw, timing filling machine.

2） weighing filling machine. Including intermittent weighing, continuous weighing, weighing-centrifuge and other filling machines.

3） counting filling machine. Including single-count, multi-count filling machine.

2. Sealing machine: The sealing machine is a machine for sealing containers filled with packaging. The main types are:

1） no sealing material sealing machine. Including hot-pressing, cold-pressing, fusion welding, plug-in, folding and other sealing machines.

2） sealing material sealing machine. Including rotary type, rolling type, crimp type, pressure type sealing machine.

3） auxiliary sealing material sealing machine. Including tape type, adhesive type, nailing type, ligation type, sewing type sealing machine.

3, the wrapping machine: wrapping machine is a flexible packaging material, all or part of the packaging wrapper packaging machine. Its main types are:

1）full wrapped wrapping machine. Including kink, cover, fit, seam type and other machines.

2） half-wrapped wrapping machine. Including folding, shrinking, stretching, winding and other type of machine.

4, multi-functional packaging machine: This type of packaging machine has two or more functions. Its main types are:

1） Filling and sealing machine. It has two functions of filling and sealing.

2）forming filling sealing machine. It has three functions of forming, filling and sealing. Molding types include bag molding, bottle molding, box molding, blistering, and melt molding.

3） stereotypes filling and sealing machine. It has stereotypes, filling and sealing functions. Stereotypes

4）double-sided sealing machine. It can seal both sides of the lid and bottom. When sealing, the box can be placed sideways or upright.

5, according to the location and number of strips sealed by the tape:

1）I type sealing machine. It is sealed with a piece of tape at the upper flap of the box and the outer flap of the lower bottom. This seal, simple operation, but poor sealing.

2）H type sealing machine. It is based on type I sealing, that is, two types of tape are sealed at both ends of the type I sealing tape, which is shaped like H, so it is called H type. It can increase box strength and sealing performance, but at a higher cost.

6, according to the degree of specialization:

1） Universal sealing machine. It can adjust some institutions to change the relevant size of the sealing machine to accommodate the sealing of various sizes of boxes. It adapts to a wide range and is a commonly used sealing machine.

2） special sealing machine. It can only seal a certain size of the box, sealing speed, suitable for high-volume sealing operations.

3） random type sealing machine. It is within a specified size range, the relevant institutions can be automatically converted to accommodate different sizes of box sealing needs, is a highly automated sealing machine.
