How to extend the service life of vacuum packaging machine

      The service life of a vacuum packaging machine is not only related to the machine design and accessories, but also related to the use method. If the usage method is proper, it can prolong the service life.
The vacuum packaging machine repair and maintenance work is as follows:
1, before operating the vacuum packaging machine must read the instructions in detail, familiar with the adjustment and use, must follow the instructions.
2, according to the vacuum packaging machine instructions, regular maintenance of the vacuum pump, refueling (pay attention to maintain the oil level), and strict attention that this is not allowed to reverse, so as not to cause the pump's misoperation and pump reversed, the oil is poured into the pump vacuum system.
3. Regularly check if there is any thing on the hot-pressing sealing cloth (PTFE) and whether it is flat to ensure the sealing strength.
4, always check the machine ground contact is good, ensure safe electricity.
5. When it is found that the vacuum packaging machine is faulty, it is necessary to turn off the power right away. If necessary, the emergency stop button must be pressed. After the deflation,  lifted the cover and then turned off the power to check where the problem is till solved it
6, in case of the failure to solve the problem, call the machine after-sales service phone and ask vacuum packaging machine technicians for prossefional advice.
