How to solve common malfunction of inkjet printer

First, the inkjet printer can not spray any characters

1. The parameters are not set correctly. Please reset the parameters again according to the manual instructions.
2. The edit is incorrect, or there is no edit character. Please clear the screen and edit again.
3, photoelectric switch position is not adjusted properly, adjust the position of the photoelectric switch;
4, high pressure plate has no pressure (using of insulating screwdriver test high pressure plate is ignition or not and ignition intensity) , stop printing and wait for a while to try again;
5. The MCU board is disturbed by the external magnetic field. It will keep the printer away from the strong magnetic field source and restart the adjustment.

Second, no ink line ejected after starting
1. The nozzle is blocked and the nozzle opening procedure is performed;
2, no ink pressure, adjust the ink pressure to the specified value;
3, the main ink filter is seriously blocked, replace the main ink filter;
4. The MCU board is disturbed, reboot, edit characters, and set parameters.

Third, the ink line has no breakpoints
1, the ink viscosity is very high or very low, replace the ink to run again;
2. The nozzle is blocked and the nozzle opening procedure is performed;
3, spray cavity problems, contact service engineers to solve.

Fourth, the machine pump ink light
1, pump ink filter block, replace the pump ink filter;
2. Too much vacuum, low inlet pressure or high ink pressure, adjust the air pressure and vacuum of each part according to the user manual;
3. Check if there is ink leak inside the machine.

Fifth, shows "short of solvent"
1. There is no solvent or very little in bottle, refill it;
2. The distance between the switch and the solvent bottle is far away from detection, and the position of the sovent bottle is adjusted so that it is close to the switch;
3. The sensitivity of the switch is reduced, and the potentiometer on the proximity switch is adjusted to increase the detection sensitivity.

Sixth, spray word fuzzy solution:
1. If the value of the breakpoint is improperly adjusted, adjust the breakpoint value and adjust it while spraying the word until the proper value is reached.
2. The phase light is on or off;
3, ink viscosity is not correct, adjust the ink viscosity;
4, nozzle micro-clogging, perform nozzle open procedures;
5, the main ink filter block, cleaning or replace the main ink filter;
6, improper adjustment of ink pressure, according to the user manual to adjust the ink pressure;
7, the nozzle positive pressure wind adjustment is too large, reduce the nozzle positive pressure wind.

Seventh, garbled misplaced solution:
1, editing error, can not use the arrow keys instead of the space key to use;
2. The MCU board is disturbed, re-clear the screen and edit again, or restart the machine and try again.

Eight, nozzle clogging solution steps:
1, the implementation of the nozzle open procedure, if there is no effect can block the collector mouth at the same time increase the ink pressure to open;
2. Use a nozzle wrench to remove the nozzle and soak in a container filled with thinner or detergent for a period of time and try again;
3, if ultrasonic cleaning machine, ultrasonic cleaning machine can be used for cleaning.
