The bigger the motor power, the better.

The sealing machine's faults and solutions are as follows:

1. The clamp of the sealing machine is too slow or the stroke of the clamp is not enough: the bolts are loose, the front buckle or the inner piece of the trigger is worn out. At this time, the bolts can be tightened, the correct position of the front buckle shaft can be noted, and the front buckle or inside the machine can also be replaced.  after completing the above actions, test its function. If the stroke is too short, adjust the front buckle shaft upwards. If the movement is slow, adjust the front buckle shaft downwards;
 
2. Leakage at the piston rod: The bottom ring of the main body is damaged. Replace the ring at this time;
 
3.Air outlet leakage: Damaged the switch valve ring or switch seat ring or damaged the piston ring. Replace the ring;
 
4. Leakage at the trigger: Damage to the switch valve ring or the switch seat ring. Replace the ring;
 
5. The drive ring is loose and cannot be positioned: The plastic bar and the transmission spring are inelastic. Remove the combination of the trigger and reinstall the spring tip or replace the plastic bar and transmission spring.
